Which payment method activates my license instantly?

PayPal. Your license is issued automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. QRIS orders are verified manually by our team.

Why can’t I use my license key?

Check the following:

  1. The key is copied in full, with no extra spaces or characters.
  2. Your script uses this exact format: 
    getgenv().Key = "YOUR_KEY_HERE"
loadstring(game:HttpGet("https://api.getstealthx.site/loader.lua"))()
  3. The license has not expired. You can see its status in your dashboard.
What if I lose or forget my key?

Sign in and open your dashboard. Your keys are listed under Subscription and Key History.

What happens if my key is stolen?

Your key stays attached to the account that purchased it. No one else can claim it, view it, or manage it from their own account.

To stop anyone from using a leaked key, rotate it from your dashboard. A new key is issued and the previous one stops working. Rotation is subject to your plan’s cooldown.

Can I reset my linked device?

Yes. Use the Reset HWID page. Resets are subject to a cooldown that depends on your plan.

How do I pay with QRIS?
  1. Choose QRIS at checkout. You will be redirected to our Discord community server.
  2. Join the server, open a ticket in the open-ticket channel, and ask an available admin to verify your payment.
  3. Once verified, refresh the website. Your license will be available in your dashboard.
Can I redeem codes on two different accounts?

Yes. Activity on every account is recorded. If we detect abuse, we may suspend the accounts without notice and block the associated IP address.
