1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, script loaders, websites, and APIs provided by Stealth-X (accessible via https://getstealthx.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Stealth-X services.
2. License & Permitted Use
Stealth-X grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to execute our Lua scripts for educational, testing, and private entertainment purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, modify, or resell any part of the software or loader binaries without prior explicit authorization.
3. Hardware ID (HWID) & Device Policy
Each license key issued by Stealth-X is tied to a specific hardware identifier (HWID) upon first activation to protect license integrity. Device resets are subject to an automated server-side cooldown period based on the active paid plan and must be initiated through the official Reset HWID portal or dashboard.
4. User Accounts & Session Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, OAuth tokens, and license keys. Any activity performed under your account or using your assigned key is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
All scripts, APIs, and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Stealth-X makes no warranty that the service will meet your expectations, remain undetected by third-party anti-cheat software, or operate uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Stealth-X, its developers, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software, including but not limited to third-party game account moderation, suspensions, bans, or data loss. You assume full risk when running any third-party script.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of cryptographic license keys and premium script access, all completed purchases (including PayPal and QRIS transactions) are strictly final and non-refundable once the digital license has been generated or delivered.
8. Modifications to Terms
Stealth-X reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
